During this time I have learned how to compost, purchase the majority of my items without any plastic packaging, and always bring a bowl, water bottle, and utensils everywhere I go! It’s also said that one pound of meat uses more water than any other fruit, vegetable, bean, or legume… In this section I will be exploring how you can eat a more plant based diet properly, the pros and cons to the various plant based lifestyles, and a ton of plant based and zero waste recipes that you can easily make at home! The Science Behind Climate Change and the Environment
It can feel difficult to want to continue the zero waste lifestyle when you aren’t able to actually limit all of your waste. I want to add this section to explore the nitty gritty around how climate change and other environmental issues, as well as inspire and motivate more to look deeper into various issues and understand how their impact can benefit our planet. In doing so, I hope that more will continue to want to do more for our planet that extend further then just their physical waste.
