GWU Museum Studies Student

As a student in the MA Museum Studies program I have taken courses that explore social media in museums, the curation of exhibitions, museums and technology, exhibition design and anthropological/ethnographic museums. In these courses, I have explored how to curate social media campaigns for museums, assisted in the curation and development of a museum exhibition titled Still in the Fight: DC Statehood, designed a section of an exhibition using Rhino, wrote an article on Girl Museum that was published as part of a class publication, and a research paper on William FM Arny and Navajo Textiles that is currently in the anthropology collections at Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History.
